What is Transsmart?
The Transsmart solution from nShift is a comprehensive delivery management platform designed to seamlessly integrate with e-commerce and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. It offers a range of functionalities to streamline shipping processes, including rate comparison, booking, and printing of shipping labels and documents. The platform supports integration with over 230 carriers, enabling businesses to automate and manage their multi-carrier shipping operations efficiently.
Transsmart enhances customer experience by providing tools for tracking and delivery logistics, ensuring total visibility of orders from start to finish. It also includes embedded insurance options to protect against loss, damage, or theft during delivery. What is delaware Transsmart connector?
The delaware soltution is an out of the box configurable direct connection with the Transsmart APIs to automate and follow-up on shipments directly in the Dynamics 365 FSCM ERP.

Connection settings
In order to make the connection the following properties should be completed via the connection property screen.
Complete the following properties:
User linking URL API URL client ID Secrets In order to securely connect a client and secret is needed. Ask IT to generate a pair in AZURE entra. Add them to the key vault via System Administration - Setup - Key Vault parameters
Setting up the parameters
- In order to enable Transsmart account setup in Dynamics 365 FSCM you need to enable this on warehouse level. Goto your specific warehouse and enable the integration via extended settings. Activate Transsmart and enter the Transsmart account.
- Enable the Transsmart registration on shippent carriers form and complete the carrier service ID.

How to generate a shipment request
If “Automatic Transsmart registration at release” was NOT ticked, a Transsmart shipment registration has to be created before getting multiple carriers recommendations
If “Automatic Transsmart registration at release” was NOT ticked
If “Automatic Transsmart registration at release” was ticked, the system gives us its recommendations straightaway
